Shipping Policy

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES

Each item is made to order. 

​

All orders are processed within 7-14 business days due to COVID-19. If we are expecting a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Once the order is fulfilled and shipped out, delivery takes about 3-5 days for DOMESTIC orders and 7-21 days for INTERNATIONAL orders depending on the country. Order processing during sale/promotions/holiday/restock/new release periods may take longer due to high volume.

 

Once the order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address the order was placed under. Pre-shipment status DOES NOT mean the order has shipped. It only means that USPS has been notified of the tracking number (mailing label).

Orders are subject to ship before or after an estimated ship date.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the fact that all items are made to order, we, unfortunately do not offer any returns or refunds. We deal with every return enquiry on a case-by-case basis. We pack all our items with extra care and attention, doing our best to ensure that the items you purchased arrive to you in the best possible condition. In the unfortunate event that items are damaged due to MAIL CARRIER HANDLING, please notify us right away. Again, the sooner we hear from you, the more chance we have in rectifying any shipping damage. Please provide us with evidence of damage, (EX: photo) and it will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

We pride ourselves in carrying high-quality jewelry. All of our items are sterling silver (unless other wise stated) and do not tarnish. However, to ensure longevity of jewelry, we advise to handle the items with care. Although the color will not change, it is recommended to keep jewelry dry and away from water to keep crystals shiny. Once again, please handle jewelry with proper care.

Ring Size Policy

We want you to love and cherish your rings, jewelry, bags as much as we do. We strongly recommend to make every effort to establish the ring size accurately at the time of the order. If you bought the wrong ring size, unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund or exchange. Please be aware that ALL ring designs are limited in their range of size. Also, please be aware that ring sizing standards vary from country to country.

We receive a high volume of e-mails daily and respond in the order they are sent. Please keep in mind we work to please you and reply to emails asap.
